The village of Ullapool was founded in 1788 as a fishing port, with The Ferry Boat Inn being built a few
years later.
The character of both has been most carefully preserved.
The Ferry Boat Inn in Ullapool has fine Food; wonderful views from our cozy pub with an Open Fire and a unrivalled location on the shorefront in Ullapool. We have 9 ensuite bedrooms with 4 double, 2 twin, 2 family and 1 single room. A wide range of fine local produce is available daily with bar Lunches and a wonderful Evening Menu is also available throughout the Ferry Boat Inn. Our menu offers a wide variety of local produce as well as fresh local fish dishes, all of which are prepared and served with care and flair.
